Book readings by 2010 Award winning Illustrator, Gary Phillips, & Shoe Drop Off !!

Gary Phillips, is the 2010 Recipient of the Outstanding PA Author and/or Illusrator Award, presented by Pennsylvania School Librarians Association. He will be coming to Souderton Ten Thousand Villages to do readings and signings of the wonderful book, New Old Shoes, that he Illustrated in 2009. Gary will also be sharing how he works as an Illustrator, bringing his personal drawings and sketches to explain the the process in which he works.
Adding to this day's event will be a Shoe Drop-Off where the public can come to donate their slightly used shoes so that they may be donated to others in need.
