After more than two years of “Raise the Bar Hershey” Campaign calling on Hershey to address child labor issues in its supply chain, Hershey announced yesterday it will be going 100% certified by 2020. Hershey’s commitment is both monumental and necessary, however, they remain vague on which certifications, and on their timeline/benchmarks for achieving this.
