Visit a bar in the near future and you may be able to try a drink entitled Fairspresso. This cocktail combines Fair Trade coffee, sugar and one of Fair Trade’s newest products, Fair Vodka. Inspired by Bolivian quinoa harvesters, Fair Vodka founder Jean- Francois Daniel used quinoa to distill the first Fair Trade certified vodka. Fair Vodka is already winning awards, such as a gong for Best Unflavored Vodka 2009 New York, NY.
